As this is a beta testing phase, users may experience limitations. Sessions are intended to help us improve the platform.

This consultation does not replace licensed professional services such as PE endorsement, HDB permit submission, or legal representation.
5. No Guarantees
Recommendations are based on the information provided by the homeowner. Outcomes may vary depending on contractor, site conditions, and external factors.
6. Conduct & Respect
Abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards consultants will result in immediate termination of the session.
7. No Free Repeated Consultations
Free beta access is limited to one session per service tier per household.
8. Accuracy of Information
Homeowners must provide accurate information, measurements, and photos. Inaccurate or incomplete submissions may reduce the usefulness of the advice.
9. Not a Replacement for Contracts
Consultation does not create any service contract between the homeowner and the consultant.
10. Recording Prohibition
Recording or distributing the session without permission is not allowed.
1. Verification Form
A short form must be completed before booking with name, address, purpose of session, renovation stage, and issue description.
2. Limit of 1 Free Session Per Household
This prevents repeated abuse of the free consultation service.
3. Mandatory Photo Upload
Users must submit photos of the area, quotations, floor plans, and problem images. This naturally filters out time-wasters.
4. Pre-Approval Screening
Internal screening will reject unserious users, irrelevant cases, spam, and duplicated bookings.
5. Token-based or Waitlist System
Users must claim a slot. Limited availability reduces abuse of free services.
6. No Walk-ins, No Instant Calls
Every free session must be booked, scheduled, and confirmed in advance.
7. Clear Expectation Setting
Beta sessions are to help us improve AI development. Priority is given to homeowners with active or upcoming renovation needs.
8. Automatic Cancellation
Sessions are auto-cancelled if users arrive late, fail to submit required info, or ghost the slot. No free rebooking allowed.
9. Session Time Enforcement
Strict time limits (30 mins / 1 hr / onsite duration). No extensions during beta testing.
10. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Rude, demanding, or disrespectful behaviour results in immediate session termination. Users cannot rebook under beta.
